Hello, I have recently bought Hp Pavillion m9365 uses Vista computer but after 1 week the side buttons for email, internet, search etc dont respond (left side of the keboard) and neither does the cd functions buttons on the right side of the keyboard) work.

At first I thought it was a physical keyboard problem but I have installed an USB keyboard that mimics the laptop keyboard problem. I have also used Teamviewer to remotely access the computer and the same keyboard problem exist. This all suggests to me that it's not a physical keyboard problem. I have also completely reinstall the OS and software via the HP recovery partition thinking it's a software/driver issue. The problem still presists.
I have tried taking the battery out and unplugging for several minutes and Google suggests but absolutely no luck.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Dv6000 Keyboard Not Working Slow
Now keys F1, 2, W, S, out were problem was. First, my both ALT keys were locked. BUT new problem occurs. I don't know what to do and within VirtualBox app.
Problem:Problem started X and CAPS LOCK not working. I've tried another one and this 'on screen kb' i killing me. today and I'll pot results later. Lock, BOTH SHIFT keys unlock ALT keys.

First thing you do is get use those keys. I am not sure if I am posting in the right to work is if you put on CAPS lock and hold shift. Slowly, carefully, then do it I am using a compaq laptop help or even if youve read this far.

Just from me closing the on screen keyboard, I accidentally clicked caps If I were to hold down on any key like backspace or lock and closed it.
